Greetings this February! We have exciting news for you this month - two of our therapists have been featured in the news! Check it out...

1. A former client of Iwalani's, Marissa Vicario, interviewed her and dedicated a blog based on the importance of pelvic floor health. In it, she discussed what is the pelvic floor, why we should take care and interest in our pelvic floor, common treatable pelvic floor dysfunctions, and a few exercises that target the pelvic floor.
2. In our practice, as well as at Hospital for Special Surgery, Pete Schultz specializes in the treatment of concussions. He shared with us a rather interesting and well written article featured in the New York Times regarding what happens to the brain when it experiences a concussion. Check out his video on the NFL website, featuring the medical concussion team at HSS!
