Greetings this February! We have some exciting news for you, especially if you're a runner or triathlete!

  1. Are you a runner or triathlete?? If so then join us on Thursday 3/5/2020 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm to learn why runners and triathletes should hit the gym. We will give you tips on mobility, core stability, and off-season strength training. We will talk about injury prevention, recovery and present a running evaluation.

    PLUS - One lucky participant will win a future complementary movement analysis with a Dynamic Sports physical therapist.

Course update: Bridget Dungan, PT, DPT recently recertified with Active Release Therapy and recently took theirLong Nerve Entrapment continuing education course.  Nerve entrapment can occur from muscle tightness, decreased movement of the nerves, providing release and stretch to the nerve can decrease symptoms.
  4. Jon recently attended the 4th Annual Baseball Sports Medicine Conference - Game Changing Concepts.  Team physicians and physical therapists from the Yankees, Indians, Diamondbacks and Cardinals spoke on treating the overhead athlete.
