  1. A new study was published that showed exercise is just as good as massage for reducing muscle soreness. Next time you are sore from your workout, try performing a light workout the next day.
  2. One of the greatest NBA players of all-time, Kobe Bryant, went down with a torn Achilles tendon this past month. It's unknown whether this was due to overtraining, physical impairments, or just a freak accident.
