- Exercise is the best medicine. Research shows exercise is as effective as pharmaceuticals. Plus, it burns more calories and avoids all those nasty side effects of drugs.
- Can't stop eating those Oreos? It's because they might be as addictive as cocaine...seriously. Here's an excerpt from the study, "We found that high-fat or high-sugar foods activated the brain to a greater extent than the cocaine or morphine."
